After our thorough vetting process, we submit candidate resumes and biographies to our clients for consideration.
At CLT Recruiters, we manage the entire recruiting process for you, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, rejections, checking references, producing offer letters and final negotiations. We know how busy you are in your everyday role and as such we strive to provide superior service to you during the hiring process and beyond.
Our retained search option is the highest level of service we provide. This is a fully engaged search where the client has an urgent staffing need they are seeking to address. With this approach, the client will make a partial payment up front to start the search. Services are guaranteed, and clients are given candidate exclusivity. So when a new candidate becomes available, our retained services clients are the first to know about them. All candidates are screened, interviewed, verified and fully vetted.
Our contingency agreement is the most common type of recruiting service agreement that we have in place with our clients. This allows the client to interview candidates that we present at no charge, and there is only a fee when a candidate is hired. All candidates are screened, interviewed, verified and fully vetted.
